What is call recording?

Call recording refers to the recording and saving of telephone calls. Call recording allows companies to capture communications between employees and customers or other business partners for later playback.

Recording telephone calls can be useful for various reasons. For example, some companies use call recording for quality control and employee training. Recorded calls can be used to evaluate customer satisfaction and to review and improve employee performance and professionalism.

Virtual-Call's Cloud PBX already includes Call Recording, which can be purchased and activated for each extension in the portal. This gives you full control over which calls are recorded and allows you to use the recordings later for training or conflict resolution, for example.

Please note that the recording of calls is subject to legal regulations and in many countries requires the consent of all parties. Make sure that you are aware of and comply with these regulations when using Call Recording.
