Important: To use VC Connect efficiently, you need a Swiss telephone number, which you can purchase directly when you register. For international numbers, specific documentation requirements apply in accordance with local legislation.
Payment options
Adapted to the Swiss market: Benefit from our adapted postpaid payment options (payment on account). You will receive a monthly invoice that you can pay conveniently by bank transfer.
Note on payment guarantee: When using our postpaid system (Payment on account), a payment guarantee must be deposited. This payment guarantee serves as a security deposit and corresponds to approximately two months' telephony revenue plus the basic fee.
The credit line (credit limit) is the security deposit. The amount of the security deposit should roughly correspond to two month's telephony revenue plus the basic fee in order to cover the Virtual Call services of the outstanding invoice(s) and the unbilled revenue. The security deposit provided is also the amount of the credit limit (credit line) in the customer account. This can be increased by the customer at any time by making a further payment. The payment guarantee is comparable to a deposit for a rental apartment.
